Delivery Area & Free Delivery Criteria
We deliver Australia-wide and our own drivers deliver daily to all areas of the Macedon Ranges and into Sunbury, Melton & Bacchus Marsh. Place your order before 12pm & delivery will usually occur the same day for these local destinations.

Delivery is FREE in most cases (excludes big/bulky items) provided the minimum order value is reached. Our minimum order for FREE delivery is $50 including GST for customers within Melton, Sunbury, Bacchus Marsh, Macedon, Gisborne and areas in-between. For other Victorian locations our minimum order value for Free delivery is $100 inc., outside Victoria the minimum order value for Free delivery is $200 inc. In the case of an urgent delivery, if a fee is to be charged you will be notified prior to delivery.
For Office Furniture and other big and/or bulky items please call us to discuss delivery costs. While we endevour to keep our delivery free for these items delivery cost is determined based on the specific items and the delivery location. If there is an additional freight charge this will be discussed with you prior to the item being sent. During check-out any additional freight costs will not be calculated or included but will be invoiced separately after they are discussed and agreed with you. If you have already checked-out and an additional freight charge is required we will discuss this with you and provide a full refund if the delivery cost is not acceptable. Please also note that most office furniture is delivered flat packed and will require assembly.
Occasionally delays do occur. These can be either courier delays or out of stock situations with manufacturers. In cases of stock shortage we will endeavour to keep you informed when these delays occur and will offer alternatives if available.
If orders are delivered listing backorders for products often the backorder will follow within 24 to 48 hours.
Returns & Replacements
Officebarn fully support the government initiative for consumer protections. Your consumer rights are always our primary concern when assisting with any returns. Please view the ACCC website for full details.
In summary you may always ask us for your preference of a free repair, replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. Please help us to help you, specifically please ensure when returning goods, they are in their original packaging, in original condition and you bring with you a valid receipt.
You must provide your receipt and claim within 14 days of purchase.
All returned items must be in original condition and in original packaging.
No Returns are accepted on "FIRM SALES". You will be informed if your purchase is a "Firm Sale", generally these will be items specifically ordered in for you or on a Clearance Sale.
Printer Consumable Purchases - While we will do everything possible to ensure you purchase the correct consumable for your printer ultimately the responsibility is yours to ensure it is correct before opening the packaging. We cannot refund or exchange any printer consumable if you have opened the original packaging.
